Terms and conditions of use
atsmore is an online shopping cart site that markets products online for the consumer.
The customer can order goods online and have them delivered to their doorstep anywhere in Sri Lanka. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully.
by using the site or any atsmore service you are agreeing to the terms and conditions that we have provided. You may not access or use the services offered on atsmore if you don’t wish to be bound by the “Terms and Conditions”.
General information
If you utilize the service in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions, atsmore team may terminate your access, block your future access and seek such additional relief as the circumstances of your misuse. The Site reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of use at any time. Atsmore may modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, and such modification shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms and Conditions. You agree to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or use of the Service shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
Trademarks and copyrights
All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, in the Site, information content on the Site and all the website design, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, software, photos, video, music, sound, and their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software shall remain our property. All rights are reserved.
User Guidelines
Users represent and warrant that they are 18 years of age or older in order to enter into this agreement and make any purchase of any deal provided by us.
The user is responsible for providing accurate information at the time of registration. Users are responsible for ensuring that details are updated and current.
atsmore reserves the right to terminate user membership at any time if breach of these terms and conditions take place.
In the event that a user does not provide correct and accurate information the deal will not be processed.
Upon registration the user is solely responsible for the User ID on atsmore and all the actions made on our site while logged in (at all times) as a member.
Atsmore recognizes whether a user is accessing the site and using the services and whether the user is allowed to use an account through the specified User ID issued.
The user is completely responsible for the account being accessed and use of our services.
Furthermore, you must notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account.
The Site shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with this section.
During the registration process you agree to receive promotional emails from the Site.
You can subsequently opt out of receiving such promotional e-mails by clicking on the link at the bottom of any promotional email.
Privacy
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
We use your information only as described in the “atsmore Privacy”.
We view protection of users' privacy as a very important community principle We store and process your information on computers that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices.
You can access and modify the information you provide us and choose not to receive certain communications by signing-in to your account.

If you object to your information being transferred or used in this way please do not use our services.
Termination of the account:
Either users or atsmore may terminate a user’s right to use the Site at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. The user may unsubscribe to our mailing list at any time you wish to do so.
Delivery information
We deliver anywhere in Sri Lanka only. Delivery is free in many cases and will be identified within the item details. Please use our customer care service to verify any details. Once the order has been confirmed, the order will be processed and goods will be dispatched on the same day or the following day for orders after 2.00 p.m. For orders that are placed before 2.00 p.m on any weekday, we will try our best to deliver them all the next day as a special service to all our valued customers. However, our regular delivery policy is to deliver goods within 2-5 business days, in the event where unexpected catastrophes erupt we will inform you by email and/or phone call, so that you will be updated on the situation.
Payment Methods
When shopping on atsmore, four different payment options are offered:
Bank Transfer
atsmore requires you to transfer the amount you need to pay into the atsmore bank account. After receiving the money, atsmore will provide you the product.
Cash on Delivery
enables you to pay upon delivery. Payment is made in cash to the delivery agent who will provide you with a receipt. This way you can make sure that you receive the right product in good condition.
Credit and debit card payment
This will provide you to do a direct online payment for your product and the it will be delivered within 5 days to your doorstep via mail or deliver service by the atsmore
Bank Check
atsmore accepts bank checks as a method of payment.
Customers choosing to pay by bank check must mail their checks to the following address: contact@atsmore.com. Please include your order number, full name, and contact details in the accompanying letter.
Upon receipt, atsmore will verify the authenticity of the check with the issuing bank. Please note that the processing of payment by bank check may take up to 7-10 business days from the date of receipt of the check.
Goods will only be dispatched once the funds have been cleared and credited to the bank account.
In the event that a check is returned by the bank due to insufficient funds, a stop payment, or any other reason that prevents the clearance of the check, the customer will be notified by email and/or phone.
A handling fee plus any bank charges incurred by atsmore will be applied. The customer will be required to make the payment using an alternative method within a specified timeframe to complete the transaction and avoid cancellation of the order.
If you wish to cancel your order after a check has been sent but before it has been processed, please contact atsmore customer service immediately. However, if the check has already been processed, the order will be subject to the standard return policy.
Please be aware that paying by check may delay the shipping of your order due to the time required for payment processing.
All transactions involving bank checks are subject to verification for security and fraud prevention purposes. atsmore reserves the right to refuse a transaction if any fraudulent activity is suspected.
If a check sent to atsmore is lost in transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to stop payment on the original check and issue a new one. atsmore will not be held liable for any checks lost in mail or transit.

Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the courier service returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Why are packages occasionally undeliverable?
• Incorrect Address
Packages are normally only undeliverable when the address is incorrect- please check your address carefully when placing your order. When this occurs, a redelivery fee will apply. We will try our best to contact you and double check all orders before processing the order once payment is completed online.
• Refused by Recipient
If you are sending a gift, it may be a good idea to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way; otherwise they may refuse to accept the package believing that it was sent to them in error. In addition it is recommended that you inform atsmore as well, so that the delivery agent will know that the recipient is not the person who placed the order. This is necessary for security and fraud reasons.
Return Policy
atsmore want to make sure our customers have the best online shopping experience with from time to time errors, miscommunication or unexpected causes can create questions to you on how to return goods.
Here you will find all the information regarding our return policy as well as our ‘Money Back Guarantee’. Please read all the policies thoroughly before contacting us for any claims.
All products are Original and Warrantied.
The products that we offer on our marketplace are original and are of high quality. Majority of products come with a warranty period ranging from 6 months, 1 year to 5 years depending on the type of product. Certain items such as clothing (underwear, earrings, swimwear, etc.), food, etc. don't come with any warranties due to the nature of these items.
Instructions on Making a Claim
To make any claim(s) at atsmore, please follow these instructions;
Send us a message to our email account accurately describing the problem you have encountered and provide evidence (eg: photo evidence, etc.) to support your claim.
Include the following mandatory details on the email: invoice number, item name/model, billing & shipping address, phone number, email address, and your full name
State whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.
Money Back Guarantee
The atsmore “Money Back Guarantee” applies to all products on the atsmore marketplace priced at Rs.2,000 or more.
To claim the money back for a product you have purchased from us, please return the product to our office at Gigantoo No 40 Upstairs, Supermarket Horana 12400 Sri Lanka within 1 week (7 days) of the purchase. You should return the goods to us in their original condition with the package and other material (catalog etc.) that came with the product.
We will refund you the original price paid for the goods less 4% transaction fee and our delivery charges if applicable within 1 week (7 days). Note: We are not responsible for the transportation cost of returning a product.
We reserve the right to forfeit the guarantee if we suspect any abuse of our money back guarantee offer.
